PATRONAGE

During the show season, various of the Association's patronage's are on offer to members at shows throughout the country. Details of these patronage's are printed in the August Year Book and in show schedules. The patronage's are in the form of rosettes. These awards are restricted to paid up members of the Association. You will be required to indicate on your entry form that you are a fully paid up member of the Association. Often the initials I.G.B.A. are required.

Allocation of the PATRONAGE'S is on an area basis which is decided by democratic vote taken by the committee at their March meeting. Clubs wishing to apply for patronage must comply with the Gloster Convention Rules. The requirements are:- engage a Gloster panel judge, provide the minimum standard classification of 50 and indicate the Gloster entries at their last show.

AFFILIATION

The Association operates in conjunction with its patronage scheme an AFFILIATION which consists of three rosettes for, Best Champion, Best Novice and Best Junior. Affiliation is available to any show whether it is an Open or Members and is not subjected to any conditions other than the rosettes are awarded to the appropriated Gloster winners.
